Get Header

We support the following http headers for get_header calls:

• X-MEVBoost-StartTimeUnixMS / Date-Milliseconds : optional, should be set to the local unix timestamp in milliseconds just before the get_header call is started

• x-timeout-ms : optional, should be set to the timeout in millisecond that the client has set for the call
